Technical support will be tasked with helping an exciting healthcare company continue to use technology to differentiate itself in the market. This position will work closely with the excutive stake holders of the company and have the opportunity and execution for the company's continued high growth and innovation.
Daily administration and support of the client's Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Requirements gathering, process analysis, and process automation.
Daily maintenance of the existing security structure of the Salesforce platform.
Trouble-shooting with users and other daily support tasks.
Great communication skills
Salesforce experience as a super user, trainer, or enterprise support or Sales support in Salesforce.
