The Salesforce Developer/Administrator will join a small team of developers to meet business requirements. The ideal team member thinks Salesforce is swell and could spread their enthusiasm and knowledge of the platform's strengths through clear communication and teaching. The right candidate will not hesitate to take strong ownership of every system they touch, prioritize requests while staying flexible and positive, and have intrinsic motivation that drives a passion for continual learning.
As a Salesforce Developer/Administrator you will:

  • Unite multiple strategic business endeavors within Salesforce including business-to-business and business-to-consumer models
  • Maintain, design and implement new and existing Salesforce processes, objects, and reports
  • Incorporate data from our custom eContracting and Commissions software
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data management, and reporting
  • Increase Salesforce knowledge and proficiency company-wide through a variety of communication methods
  • Develop user roles, workflow rules and general best practices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • The ability to translate feature requests into design specifications
  • Proficiency in Salesforce APEX development, Apex Classes, Triggers, and SFDC Integration using REST/SOAP
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via API
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially the ability to effectively teach
  • Experience with the Financial Services module is preferred
  • Familiarity with web development and specifically Ruby on Rails is a plus
